Sotong Goreng Kunyit

Sometimes I am out of idea on what to cook with sotong (squid). So the easy dish would be goreng kunyit with biji sawi (mustard seed) and curry leaves (daun kari).

Pulut Durian

Hail the king of all fruits - durian! Honestly I don’t eat durian but everyone else seems to enjoy the fruits to the max.

We were in SIL house when she served this pulut durian (glutinous rice eaten with durian). Her recipe involves coconut milk, gula melaka and plainly cooked pulut.
